Asia’s call has echoed for centuries, pulling explorers to its shores and stirring the dreams of people far and wide. The land, the people, the food—they all weave together into something rich and unforgettable. Here, in this corner of Ponce City Market, we’ve carved out a place to honor the flavors of Pacific Asia, from the highlands of Thailand to the far islands of Indonesia.

We call it Pacific Passage, a tribute to the days when ships cut across the seas in search of spices and stories. The air is thick with the scents of far-off lands, and every bite tells a tale. Step in, wander the lanes, and taste the world waiting for you. The journey is yours.

meet the founders

Dinh Tran and Khanh Dang didn’t just bring their passion for food to Atlanta—they brought their heritage, their love for Vietnam, and the vibrant streets of Southeast Asia. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors and bustling energy of street vendors, they learned early on that food is more than a meal—it’s a connection to home. Every dish they serve, from the delicate pho at Vietvana to the explosive bao buns at Boom Boom Bao, is a tribute to the places that shaped them.

Their journey began with a simple idea: to share the authentic taste of their roots with the world. But it was never just about the food; it was about capturing the experience. At Lime Tiger, they invite guests to walk through the fiery streets of Southeast Asia, tasting bold spices and fresh ingredients. At Uwu, they bring the playful spirit of Asian street desserts to life. Together, these restaurants form a culinary map of their homeland, each concept serving as a window into the heart of Southeast Asian culture.

For Dinh and Khanh, authenticity is everything. Every ingredient is carefully selected, every recipe crafted with the same care that their ancestors used. And now, in the heart of Ponce City Market, their dream has taken root—a place where Atlanta can taste the soul of Vietnam and beyond, guided by two people who never forgot where they came from.
